Ursula has been styling properties for sale since early 2017. Working mostly in the South East and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Ursula has developed many strong professional relationships with clients, builders, and real-estate agents.
She loves the excitement and challenge of giving properties the ‘wow’ factor! For owner occupied properties her passion is creating moments where clients look to each other and say, “why didn’t we have it like this years ago” and “I don’t think I want to move now!” For investment properties and new builds, it’s about showcasing the available spaces to be the most they can be often creating areas that clients remark “I never would have thought of that!” and “I can’t believe the difference”.
Ursula is a qualified Interior Decorator graduating from Mercer School of Interior Design in 2017. Her hard working and tenacious attitude has seen her style hundreds of properties from compact one-bedroom apartments to sprawling multimillion dollar properties.
These years of experience, her attention to detail and understanding her client’s needs make Ursula stand out. Her devotion to personal touch, meticulous planning and keen eye for detail, see’s Ursula as the lead stylist who is involved and oversees every project from start to finish.
